Technical Coordinator

My client is a bespoke, award winning developer in the Poole area with projects across the South Coast. They typically build flatted schemes and small housing developments. All projects are bespoke - so more interesting from a Technical asnd Engineering perspective than standard house types with a national developer.

The Technical Director is searching for a Senior Technical Co-ordinator or a Technical Manager�to manage the design and engineering for new homes�developments, working as part of the Technical team and protect the viability of projects. This is a No1 role and you will report to the Director.

The role will be to manage external consultants and provide expertise in the design of new developments, although there is no hands on design.

It is essential that you have worked in a Technical team for a housing developer, preferably as a Co-ordinator, with an architectural background.�

The role will include�a competitive salary, circa �40K - �60K depending on your level of experience, company car or allowance, healthcare, life cover, 25 days hols and a �bonus.
