Our client is currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their technical team in Hemel Hempstead. This family run developer plan and design according to the specific site, using bespoke house design which both complement and enhance each location and suit the needs and desires of their home buyers.

About the role as a Technical Coordinator

As a Technical Coordinator you will be reporting directly to the Technical Manager. Help support the processes from the planning stages to completion of bespoke developments.

Requirements for a Technical Coordinator

• Residential experience and bespoke housing
• Architectural background
• Understanding of processes from beginning to completion
