Constructive Moves have been instructed to recruit for a Technical Coordinator to manage housing developments across the Hertfordshire region. The opportunity is with a national housing brand and have multiple residential developments starting this year.
Due to the growth in the region the Technical department needs to be strengthened to reflect the pipeline of work expected.
The projects are scattered across the Hertfordshire region and mainly consist of traditional housing and low rise apartment schemes. The company are established and offer a collaborative working environment and like to internally promote to enhance career progression.
