They would like to recruit a motivated and dedicated Technical Customer Experience Advisor to join their thriving Technical team of 12 near Ashford, Kent. Position Details:

  • Hybrid: Yes, working 1 day in office either a Tuesday or a Wednesday, 4 days working from home. 1 in 4 weeks you would be required to work in the office all week, working on the collections desk
  • Training: 3-6 months in the office
  • Location: Near Ashford, Kent. Due to the location of the office, which is not accessible via public transport, having your own transport and a valid driver's licence is essential.
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm, you do have the option to work 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm with your salary adjusted accordingly
  • Salary: �28,000 - �30,000 + commission pay OTE uncapped

About the Role:

As a Technical Customer Experience Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the retail and commercial sectors achieve growth through inbound calls and providing exceptional Technical advice. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering approximately 75 calls a day during the busiest season.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Processing quotations and managing orders efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling various customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Occasional making and receiving calls.
  • Contributing proactively to team goals and sales targets.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Previous experience working within a technical role is ideal.
  • Manufacturing, Construction, CAD design knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with resilience and persistence.
