Job Description:
Title: Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Reading, UK
Duration: 6+ months contract (extension possible)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote every week)

We are seeking two experienced Technical Delivery Leads with a strong background in Infrastructure Security and IT Service Management for an immediate start. The role involves working on-site in Reading, UK, with the possibility of remote work for up to two days a week.

Minimum Experience: 10+ years
Detailed Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise on network provisioning, IT Delivery/Service, Billing, etc., from a telecom ISP onboarding perspective.
\n
• Lead technical design reviews, architecture decisions, and solution development for their owned area or tower.
\n
• Manage the complete technical delivery of items of work in their specific towers (Network, Billing, Trials, Ops Model, etc.), including planning, execution, and testing.
\n
• Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
\n
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating issues to the program Lead.
\n
• Be independent, assertive, and able to proactively identify issues/risks/technical dependencies and work towards a solution, taking assistance where needed.
\n
• Exhibit excellent communication capability and contribute fully to responsible decision-making aspects.
