Technical Director, Surveying and Land ManagementSix Figure Salary, Car, Pension, PMI and extensive benefitsWe have an exciting opportunity to join a major Professional Services company delivering Environmental and Surveying services.As Technical Director, the role is to lead the Chartered Surveying, Environmental and Estates Management consulting business. You will develop the service offering, taking it into new growing markets and shape the strategic direction. You will be an outgoing, competent person, full of energy and ideas and have serious expertise and proven leadership in the environmental or estates management market. The BU Director will report directly to the Managing Director of a major division.Requirements:· Senior or management experience in the delivery of environmental, land, and estate management projects· Good commercial, senior leadership experience and client development skills· Strong people management skills, able to lead by example and inspire performance· Ideally qualified to degree level in a relevant subject· Member (or working toward membership) of a relevant professional body covering environmental and/or land management work areas.If this sounds like you, please send a full CV.
