Technical Engineering Service Manager

Our client is a leading company in their sector and has an exciting role to join their highly successful team due to their continued expansion.



The role is to coordinate a team of technical engineers who are on the road. �Although you will be working closely with another manager with a technical background you will either need a technical, on the tools based or agricultural machinery background. �You will definitely need to have management experience in order to be considered for this role as well as proven experience in exceeding customer expectations.



There is a large existing client base which is consistently increasing so you will be balancing and scheduling the work. �There is, on occasion, emergency work that means juggling requirements and demands on both a proactive and responsive basis is a core part of the role. �You will be responsible for managing the systems, processes, compliance, risk assessments, condition of tools and equipment, training and various other aspects of the team management all with a view to providing outstanding customer outcomes as exceeding expectations is core to the values of the business.



Your background could be in any technical service management discipline and could even be in agricultural dealership service management. �You will certainly have had either on the tools experience at some point or have a very good understanding of technical aspects of maintenance engineering in some field with machinery or installations. �You will also have a strategic approach to your work to balance your own and your team's workloads while being the driver for change and innovation in processes and procedures.
