About the Role

\n

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Food Science or Food Technology graduate to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within food manufacturing technology, gaining hands-on experience in new food technologies, food safety, and innovation.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n
    \n
  • Researching and analysing new food technologies and manufacturing processes.
  • \n
  • Supporting food safety and food technology projects.
  • \n
  • Conducting administrative tasks and reporting.
  • \n
  • Exploring new innovations in the industry through national travel.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with site and central finance teams to ensure seamless reporting and payroll operations.
  • \n
\n

This role is remote/home-based, ideally located in the Midlands, with UK-wide travel 2-3 days per week.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

\n
    \n
  • Degree in Food Science or Food Technology (or equivalent).
  • \n
  • A recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
  • \n
  • Energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic about food technology and innovation.
  • \n
  • Hardworking and eager to learn, with a passion for problem-solving.
  • \n
