Technical Instructor - Engineering Bias

Morson Talent are working with a major player in the Energy Sector who have an opportunity for a suitably experienced T echnical Instructor/Trainer to join their established team in Somerset on a (renewable) contract basis. The successful candidate will join part of the National Skills Alliance (NSA), set up to develop and deliver technical maintenance and engineering training programmes in support of a ground-breaking national infrastructure project.

Overview - General
As a Training Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a major impact on the performance of the organisation through the application and delivery of quality training, supporting the NSA skills pool to meet the needs of the business.
You'll be responsible for developing programmes within any of the following fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, and Engineering
You'll be working closely with Site/Project personnel to assist in effective knowledge transfer within the workforce, while developing your own skills and forging an exciting future.
You'll need to be mobile to deliver training where required when needed, ensuring personnel have the required initial knowledge to carry out their roles to a high level.
