If this excites you, read on!Role Overview:In a newly created role as Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across product engineering from inception to deployment. Step into a dynamic role where you'll spearhead impactful business outcomes while elevating engineering excellence and innovative technical approaches within your team.This role is an opportunity for Senior Engineers looking for their next step but wanting to stay technical or current Lead Engineers looking for an exciting new challenge.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor teams in writing clean code, ensuring high-quality PRs and committed code.Quality Assurance: Lead efforts in testing quality and continuous software improvement.Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis and lead retrospectives to mitigate issues.Observability & Security: Enhance observability within teams and lead software security improvements.Automation: Drive the automation of build and deployment pipelines.Architecture: Design loosely coupled architectures aligned with the companys service-oriented approach.What You'll Bring:Programming Skills: Proficiency in C# and .NET as a minimum and knowledge of JS/Typescript, WebAPI, NodeJS and React is preferred.DevOps Expertise: Experience with cloud deployment technologies and building/deploying infrastructure.Database Knowledge: Multi-year experience with various database and caching technologies.Containerisation: Experience with Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.Cloud Infrastructure: Experience designing and building software in cloud environments.
