Technical Lead - Relocation to the UAE 🇦🇪Our client is hiring a Technical Lead with strong experience with Java related to creating scalable data architectures to join their team. You will be one of the first members of their team, working with their clients to create scalable solutions. Experience with Stakeholder Management, distributed systems and real-time data would make you the ideal candidate!**This is an on-site role in the UAE - must relocate from Europe - only apply if a relocation interests you**Tech Stack:Java, Python, REST, NoSQL, Kafka, AWS, Snowflake, GraphQL, Kubernetes, DockerSalary:45k-55k per month (135k - 160k euros per year Tax Free)Relocation Support provided (medical insurance & VISA for you and the family)What You'll Do:Work closely with the Data Governance teams to collaborate on securing data architectureOptimize data systems in relation to performance and scalabilityDesign robust and scalable data architectures that support large-scale analyticsCraft data models and integration processesAdopt big-data processing frameworks and cloud data solutionsArchitect real-time data solutionsCollaborate and meet with stakeholders and end-clients to collect requirements and provide technical guidanceInvolve yourself in software engineering tasks with Java whilst guiding development teamsWhat You'll Need:9+ years of engineering experienceProven leadership experience (3+ years in Tech Lead/Technical Manager roles)Exceptional stakeholder management experienceStrong skills in; Java, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL, Kafka & SparkExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS (or Azure), TerraformPrevious project experience working on large-scale, distributed systemsExperience working on integrationsKnowledge of Domain Driven DesignBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Mathematics, etc
