Salary: Up to £23,500k, depending on experience

Role Summary:
\n
Join our team as a Technical Logistics Operative, where you'll handle various material handling and analytical tasks, contributing to the deployment of critical datacenter infrastructure.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
Material Handling:
\n
\n- Goods receipt, material put away, pick, pack, ship, and count.
\n- Physical movement of materials around the site.
\n- Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain stock accuracy.
\n- Communicate with colleagues for task clarification and guidance.
\n
\n
Receiving:
\n
\n- Interface with suppliers, carriers, and engineering teams.
\n- Process incoming deliveries accurately and timely.
\n- Manage goods receiving and unpacking areas.
\n
\n
Stores:
\n
\n- Ensure inventory is located and picked according to business processes.
\n- Maintain good housekeeping and prevent material damage.
\n- Perform periodic stock takes and update electronic stock systems.
\n- Manage returned goods appropriately.
\n
\n
Deliveries:
\n
\n- Fulfill stock requests timely and accurately.
\n- Record all outbound delivery activities.
\n- Communicate progress and issues to peers and stakeholders.
\n
\n
Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge:
\n
\n- Experience in Goods-Inwards Receiving, Dispatch, Stores, or Warehouse environments.
\n- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
\n- Excellent numeracy, organization, and time management skills.
\n- Strong written and oral communication skills.
\n- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
\n- Experience with electronic stock control systems.
\n- Previous logistics experience in a technical environment (advantageous).
\n- Understanding of IT hardware and components (advantageous).
\n- Full driving license.
