We have been trading for over 40 years in London and supply top quality bread production to London clients. We are in need of a Technical Manager
Tasks are:
Monitoring the implementation and ensuring compliance of our
Food Safety Systems
Health and Safety Systems
Environmental Management System
Product Specs
Dealing with customer queries of a technical nature
Helping the office with a bit of admin
We also have third party consultation on all of these topics to help.
We are SALSA accredited and have yearly audits.
33-35k
25 days holiday (5 weeks) plus Bank Holidays
Monday to Friday 9-5
