Our client, a well-established RBCA in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Technical Manager or Director to head up the technical offices for two of their Southern locations. The successful candidate will support a team of up to 10 people and manage all technical issues and scenarios related to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing technical teams across two Southern offices
- Overseeing all technical aspects of current projects
- Providing expert guidance on Building Control and technical issues

Job Requirements:
- Experience in the HTP sector with a focus on Building Control
- Strong technical skills and understanding of relevant regulations
- Class F and higher classification, along with Class 4 registration
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
