Are you a Technical manager/Senior engineer looking to progress into senior management with the chance to become a board member?

As Technical Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our Design and Engineering departments. You will work closely with the senior management team to support sales, contracting, and service/maintenance efforts. The Person :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering/design roles.
• Proficiency in Office 365 apps, AutoCAD, and relevant industry software (Hevacomp, IES, etc.)
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience with Revit and AHU Design/Manufacturing.
• Thorough understanding of refrigeration technologies and BMS systems.

The Role:

• Manage and mentor the Design and Engineering teams.
• Support senior management in sales, contracting, and service operations.
• Lead product development by applying your thorough understanding of industry technologies.
• Ensure the business offering remains innovative and competitive.
