Technical Manager

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Lock Manufacturer within the Black Country region to recruit for a Technical Manager.

This crucial role �will be responsible for �managing and overseeing product specification, testing, certification, technical support, master keying, and training

Responsibilities will include:

• Product Specification and Testing Management:


• Product Certification Management:


• Market Research and Analysis:


• Technical Support and Customer Service


• Master Keying Management:


• Quality Assurance:


• Technical Training and External Visits:

The ideal candidate will be from the Locking / Door Hardware Industry with a master key background however we are open to other manufacturing backgrounds with a technical role

Note -� UK Drivers licences is essential

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with an hours lunch and Friday 8am to 3pm

Salary is circa �35,000 - �40,000
