Technical Manager

We are currently working with a niche business who are a leader in their field. Working with some of the most prestigious retailers and offering a quality product to the market they are looking for a Technical Manager to join the team . This is not your typical food manufacturing business, automation is low throughout the operation and people involvement is high. In order to be considered for this opportunity you will either be operating as a Technical Manager already or maybe it is the next step up from a Quality Manager role. You will be confident leading the technical function and heading up customer relationships as well as heading up the team at site, coaching and developing the team to reach their full potential.
