What's the Role?
As the Technical Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things Food Safety and Quality. You'll run the site Technical department and support daily activities to keep the manufacturing process smooth and efficient. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

• Food Safety and Quality Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Fostering a safety culture
• Conduct Audits
• Manage Projects
• Hygiene
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing
• Developing the Team
• Management Reporting Information

Experience:

• Previous experience leading a technical function
• Experience working directly with Retailers and customers
• Working cross functionally with teams
• Mentoring team members
• Blue chip experience (ideally both high & low care environments)
