Role Responsibilities:

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the manufacturing QA/QC lab team to ensure timely delivery of routine testing, technical investigations, and process optimisation.


• Managing site lab operations, staff, and technical contracts to support on-time delivery of final products within budget.


• Ensuring final product compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, including addressing customer queries and developing statements.


• Approving quality for raw materials, final products, and new specifications, while developing quality control strategies for on-spec production.

Role Requirements:

The successful Technical Manager will have:

• A degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.


• Proficiency in analytical methods such as HPLC, pH, moisture analysis, viscosity and density testing.


• Significant years of experience in a similar technical or quality management role in fast-paced manufacturing environments.


• The ability to effectively collaborate across departments, with clear, precise communication and strong analytical skills.
