With an ever growing team, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Manager to join their dynamic team and ensure the continued excellence of the business.This is a hugely exciting opportunity to develop your strengths and grow simultaneously alongside the company itself.Responsibilities:Foster a culture of continuous improvement for KPI deliveryLead process technical development for chilled and frozen productsEnsure all Brand, customer, process and raw material specifications are available and maintainedEnsure quality systems are in-place to meet all specifications and legal requirementsManage all samples going off siteMaintain internal quality systems to IOS/EFSIS/BRC/TFMS standardsEnsure the factory maintains the standards required by all customers against relevant codes of practice and guidelinesKnowledge/Skills/Qualifications:Industry recognised technical qualification – HND/Degree or equivalentAdvanced HACCPAdvanced Food SafetyInternal Auditing QualificationDemonstrable track record of delivering continuous improvement in technical & food safety standardsExperience of managing internal & external auditing processes & requirementsExcellent track record of managing teams; building capability, addressing any issues effectively and in compliance with legislative and company policies & proceduresAbility to clearly communicate and influence internally and externally at all levels of an organisationSelf-motivated and highly resilientIf this sounds like you, please apply with your CV for a private and confidential chat.
