If you’ve got experience in food manufacturing and understand the nuances of compliance, hygiene, and GMPs, you might just be the person we’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team that includes QAs, a QAM, and a Compliance Technologist.
• Overseeing technical operations and ensuring top-notch compliance with BRC AA standards and customer audits.
• Working closely with the Head of Technical, to drive technical excellence.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Influencing QC teams and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role within food manufacturing.
• A strong understanding of GMPs, hygiene, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to bring a team along with you.
• Calm under pressure, with a strategic mind and a hands-on approach.
• An appreciation for agronomy, even if you won’t be directly involved in it.
