Full Time / Hybrid Working – 3 Days office & 2 days WFH
Location: Coalville
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
18 Month fixed term contract!
Basic Salary: £36,000.00 to £42,000.00 Per Annum PLUS Bonus (£48,250.00 OTE)

An opportunity has risen for a technical specialist to join a FANTASTIC BRAND AND GROUP within the construction industry as a Technical Manager & support a small team of 4 cad designers and Operations Director as a Technical Manager on a 18 Month Fixed Term contract.
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring the Technical team are achieving their own objectives in line with clear guidelines.
Control budgets assigned to the Technical department as being the Technical Manager
Ensure tasks are processed in line with deadlines for manufacture and SLA's
Manage the R&D of new products, the design and creation of manufacturing drawings and BOM
Manage projects providing progress reports to the Operations Director as the Technical Manager
Other ad hoc related tasks as required as the Technical Manager
