Technical Manager

Do you have experience in Formulation and/or NPD? 

Do you have experience working in Agrochemicals?

If so, then look no further than this Technical Manager role. This is a newly created role, where the person in post will drive NPD and product improvement across the business internally and externally. 

Key responsibilities:

• Lead formulation development, field trials, and efficacy testing for new products.
• Identify new trends, technologies, and ingredients to drive innovation.
• Provide support to customers, distributors, and internal teams on product usage and troubleshooting.
• Develop eco-friendly products and lead efforts in resistance management strategies.
• Work with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to align technical projects with market and business goals.
• Mentor and lead technical staff, fostering innovation and growth.

Who are they looking for?

Maybe you have supervisory and/or line management experience or you are ready to take that step-up? Ideally you will have:

• BSc Biology, Chemistry or Similar 
• Experience working with Agrochemicals and/or pesticides/insecticides 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Previous experience working with formulations
