Technical Manager

I am recruiting for a Technical Manager, for a regoinal residential developer, with projects prominantly on the south coast.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Design Management of up to 3 projects


• Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams

Role and requirements:

• You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size


• Office based but working on site when required


• Experience in a Design role with a main contractor


• Engineering, degree or Project Management background


• Proficient in Microsoft
