Constructive Moves have been instructed to recruit for a Technical Manager for a 700 unit scheme in West London with a national brand. They have secured a pipeline of schemes that are due to start this year and they have approached me to source technical professionals for this position.
They have growth plans and need to strengthen their technical teams to reflect the pipeline of work expected.
The project is mainly high rise, rc frame apartment schemes. The company are established and offer a collaborative working environment and like to internally promote to enhance career progression.
