Technical Manager

As a Technical Manager at the business, you will operate on a more hands-on basis in a brand new company position. The role has been created as it is business critical for the site's lower-level Technical/Quality team to have a Technical leader with close proximity to the Production wing. Compliance is also a key element, so a knowledge of Regulatory Standards alongside an ability to communicate them to Production/Quality individuals.

You will get the chance to come in and solidify relations between Technical and Production at a business which has had long-lasting UK Retailer Relations developed over the last 50 years. You will get the opportunity to move into a space which not only has well-established contracts and which is constructing a new facility dedicated to housing the most exciting health-based ambient goods in the UK Supermarket space, but also an environment built on family values. The original owner still shows face despite having retired, showing the investment at play in people.
