Your Role:
  • Serve as the go-to technical contact for retail partners, ensuring swift responses and issue resolution.
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain the highest compliance standards.
  • Develop and embed a quality-focused culture across the site, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Manage and report on key customer KPIs, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Oversee the accuracy of product specifications, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
  • Lead the HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP teams, reinforcing food safety protocols.
  • Analyse microbiological data trends and implement proactive measures to prevent deviations.
  • Drive best practices in hygiene management, ensuring a consistently high standard.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all non-conformances are resolved effectively.
  • Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
