The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Lead, overseeing and actively managing processes to ensure that systems, services and infrastructure work reliably and securely and will be responsible for ISO27001/DORA embedding and ongoing maintenance, including reviews of policies and processes, internal and external audit coordination and supportRequirements: Experience in a previous Technical Operations roleExperience in Defining and embedding processes and proceduresProven success in a highly automated and technically savvy environmentRisk and compliance, internal technical audit or security audit backgroundExperience of SaaS, web-based, cloud solutionsProven contribution and exceptional delivery in a scale-up environmentStrong project management, prioritisation, multitasking, and decision-making skillsNice to HaveGood understanding of financial product lifecycles
