Technical Product Manager

Newcore are partnering with a trusted client to source a Technical Product ManagerOur ClientFounded in 2018, The client is the leading Web3 infrastructure provider in Latam.They build the solutions needed by institutions to access the Web3 ecosystem by pioneering Web3 infrastructure technology together with their deep financial markets expertiseTheir team includes some of the world’s leading blockchain investors, strategists, and web3 engineers.The RoleWe are currently looking for a finite blend of Technical wisdom, Financial markets or banking knowledge and Product Management with a 'Go Getter' Mindset.As Technical Product Manager, you will work side by side with the Head of Product to extend the clients Private Subnets product (our core product, already 2 years in development) to drive further adoption by our institutional customers.Lead the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering into regular releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Prioritise and and maintain a product backlog, defining features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user storiesRequirementsYou are an experienced (6+ years) Product Manager with a strong technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or experience working as a software developer.You have a deep understanding of Web3 / blockchain / crypto technologies, with at least 5 years working experience in the space.You have experience working in financial services businesses, such as banks, fintechs, or building financial software.If you have the required expertise, Id love to hear from you.
