Technical Project Manager

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Delivery Lead for Dynamics 365 in London to work for our client within the financial services sector.As a Delivery Lead you will be supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in finance & operations working between finance and IT to implement the cloud-based ERP system. You will oversee the project scope, timeline, quality and budget management whilst working closely with stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution.Responsibilities:Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/F&O solutions, ensuring they align with project goals and business requirements.Oversee project scope, timeline, quality, and budget, employing agile methodologies and practices.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution and communication.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that may affect project success.Facilitate cooperation across different functional teams to ensure integration and operational efficiency.Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the project team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.Qualifications & Skills:Proven track record as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance/F&O solutions.Solid understanding of business processes and dynamics within a consultancy or similar environment.Exceptional project management abilities, with a preference for Agile, PMP, or equivalent certification.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities.About FDMWe are a business and technology consultancy and one of the UK's leading employers, recruiting the brightest talent to become the innovators of tomorrow.
