Just Recruitment is working with a growing, market-leading organisation, based on the outskirts of Sudbury, they are looking to add a Technical Sales Coordinator to their long-standing team.

The key purpose of this role is to assist their experienced Technical Director in continuing to build lasting relationships with longstanding and new customers; providing excellent pre- and post-sales customer service direct to clients.

Key duties include:
Preparing internal price lists, updating pricing with exchange rates, margins etc.
Preparing documents for tender submission.
Preparing customer quotes
Preparing datasheets, manuals and technical drawings
Identifying new products and suppliers
Assisting the in-house marketing team in factual content for case-studies and product promotions.
End of month departmental reporting to both the Technical Director and Managing Director.
Supporting the Lead Engineer with job scheduling and subsequent cost analysis.
Creating Sage Sales Orders, Invoices and Credit Notes
Ensuring the regular invoicing of monthly contract-based customers.
Assisting the Commercial Administrator with the booking in and out of equipment.
Ensuring all enquiries, sales and quote-based correspondence or paperwork i.e. Emails, Quotes,
Technical Drawings etc are inputted onto the SuperOffice CRM system.
Supporting other departments as required
Representing us and assisting in implementing our ISO 9001: 2015 company objectives
and green policy

Requirements for the role:
Full UK driving
Proactive attitude
Good communication skills
Punctual and well presented
Excellent customer service skills
Technical understanding and being able to process and update technical drawings would be beneficial.

This role is office based, Monday to Friday - offering an excellent environment and a great friendly team culture.
