Location: Southampton, Hybrid

Salary: up to �50,000 basic + uncapped OTE �65,000

What We're Looking For:

• Must have experience in technical sales in sensor, instrumentation or water.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• A willingness to travel for on-site customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify new business opportunities and nurture potential leads through nationwide conferences, trade shows and defined priority areas.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• After-Sales Support: Offer full-cycle product support, including on-site sensor setup for customers.
