Technical Sales Executive

Our client based in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in maximising sales opportunities, providing technical product advice to customers and supporting the development of sales strategies.Successful applicants will have a strong background in sales, have exposure to the construction industry and be a driven and passionate individual. Technical Sales Executive Responsibilities: Generating and chasing potential sales leads for new and existing clients
Seeking opportunities to sell the range of products into customers with specific technical requirements
Answering technical client queries about product uses and features, using expert product and market knowledge
Building strong client relationships
Supporting the development of sales strategies
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating sales performance reports for management
Technical Sales Executive Requirements: Proven experience within a similar role, within a technical field such as construction, engineering or manufacturing
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction and concrete sector
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
