Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
Resolve complex product issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Deliver product training sessions to customers, both remotely and on-site
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our client's solutions
Prepare tender proposals and contribute to the development of sales strategies
Actively engage in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities to drive sales growth in the assistive technology sector
Provide sales support to the regional sales team by coordinating and attending customer meetings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven mindset and passion for sales

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience in the assistive technology industry or a related field
Knowledge of technical specifications and assistive technology products
Experience in creating and delivering training programmes
Familiarity with tender processes and proposal writing

Technologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with CRM software is a plus
