Role Overview



As a�Technical Sales Manager, you will manage and nurture existing accounts within the UK aerospace industry, providing guidance on aviation chemicals (e.g., sealants, lubricants, paints, and coatings). This role blends sales, account management, and business development, with a strong focus on client retention and identifying growth opportunities.





Key Responsibilities




  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of aerospace clients.

  • Client Visits: Conduct regular client site visits to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within your region, focusing on current clients.

  • Technical Expertise: Apply aviation chemicals knowledge to provide clients with informed solutions (Training provided)

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for seamless client service.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on account status, performance, and opportunities.





Requirements




  • Proven sales account management experience within�aerospace�or�aviation�(essential), preferably in aviation chemicals.

  • Strong network and understanding of the aviation industry.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and�travel�within the UK and occasionally mainland Europe.
