• Confident handling telephone calls regarding electrical wiring and answering questions in regards to our product range
• Technically minded - able to understand electrical information, drawings, confident with your product knowledge and are able to adapt to learning and suggesting custom products
• Communication/listening skills - on telephone/ with customers (inc. overseas) / with colleagues / with contractors and freight forwarders, etc.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills - ability to prioritise and organise own workload whilst also working as part of a team.
• Staying calm and focussed under pressure.
• Problem solving skills.
