The Candidate:

We are seeking a Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Services Department, delivering top-notch support with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will serve as a key contact for both colleagues and suppliers, assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring effective follow-ups within the team and externally with our suppliers. This position is perfect for a team-oriented individual eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Technical services administrator Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the 1link platform for authorizing, documenting, and processing vehicle repair services.
  • Recording all out-of-hours service call charges.
  • Sourcing and delivering parts estimates for vehicles and assembling repair bills.
  • Entering parts invoices into the company's IT system.
  • Generating invoices for repairs performed by internal mechanics.
  • Tracking vehicle downtime using the 1link platform and internal company systems.
  • Filing loss of use claims with vehicle manufacturers.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

  • Technical Vehicle experience is a must- i.e Mechanical Qualification/NVQ
  • Fleet Maintenance Experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work independently
