Technical Services Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Specialist

We are currently hiring a Technical Services Manager for a world-renowned commercial fit-out specialist, the successful candidate will be based across multiple projects in Central London in a client-facing role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leader in the commercial fit-out space, dealing with blue-chip clients on prestigious projects. Key Responsibilities: Promote the application of the Building Services Department Management Systems and Procedures providing technical support, guidance and direction in the overall Design of ProjectsAssist in delivery of the Building Services Strategy Plan in support of the Business Units ObjectivesSupport all aspects associated with the MEP Technical and Commercial parts of the overall Project Bid are executed in accordance with Pre-Construction Manual ProceduresEnsure teams pursue the production of Co-Ordination and Builders Works Drawings for approval and Construction to meet the programme requirements.Ensure the teams implement the process of tracking equipment & plant from submittal approvals through to samples and mock-ups/ordering / FATs/delivery and quality checks is carefully managed.Requirements: Over 5 years experience in managing the design of commercial MEP Projects.Building Services Degree background is preferredExperience in all phases of projects from Estimating, pre-construction, and installation, Commissioning, Demonstration and Handover.Necessary technical, interpersonal and commercial skills to pitch commercial projects to blue-chip clientsUnderstanding of H&S policies and live energy practicesExperience of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management / Handover plansMechanical or Electrical Academic / MEP Technical related QualificationIOSH or equivalent H&S Management TrainingTo take advantage of this fantastic opportunity apply using the link provided or send your CV to #####
