Technical Services Manager



Location: Fawley (SO45)



Schedule: Monday-Friday / 7:30am-4:00pm



We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to support a team of 4 direct reports and 18 indirect reports at a site for one of the largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. In this role, you will ensure the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of technical services across the site.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Uphold Health and Safety standards.

  • Participate in Loss Prevention System (LPS) operations.

  • Provide cover for the Site FM when needed.

  • Manage and lead a team of engineers.

  • Oversee maintenance and small works projects.

  • Handle the M&E annual budget.

  • Ensure statutory compliance.

  • Develop and implement technical processes.

  • Foster client and customer relationships.

  • Identify business development opportunities.

  • Lead team development and training.

  • Manage third-party suppliers.

  • Support change management initiatives.



Requirements:




  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Proven experience managing a multi-disciplined engineering team.

  • Experience on a large industrial site.

  • Relevant Health and Safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH).

  • Engineering or Building Services experience

  • Strong commercial understanding of P&L budget management.
