My client is a leading name in the construction & building services sector & looking for a driven and experienced Technical Services Manager to join the growing team. Specializing in delivering high-value projects across London, they are known for their excellence in complex refurbishments, innovative fit outs & M&E processes.
Their portfolio spans a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential & healthcare, offering you the chance to develop your skills while contributing to landmark projects around London.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £2m to £10m.
* Oversee M&E processes, ensuring successful delivery to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Work flexibly, splitting your time between site visits, office or remote working.
Ideal experience
* Proven experience with a Tier 1 or 2 building services management company or main contractor.
* Solid understanding of M&E processes.
* Excellent project management & organisational skills, strong understanding of both Mechanical and electrical processes & systems.
* Strong leadership skills, supervising & leading technical teams to achieve project goals
* A results-driven approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
