Job Description: They are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee two significant fit-out projects in London. Values between £5m - £7m The ideal candidate will ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.





Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage all technical aspects of two fit-out projects in London.

  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.





Requirements:




  • Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
