\nOur Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over £30 million. \nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Services Manager to lead our hygiene team at our Grimsby site, which produces soups and sauces for key customers including M&S, Aldi, and Tesco. This key role will involve overseeing compliance paperwork, leading internal audits, and managing validation work, complaints, and Quality Management Systems (QMS) updates in line with retailer requirements.

About You
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in the food industry, specifically within high care or high-risk environments. You should possess a strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP and BRC standards, and have hands-on experience managing compliance, audits, and quality management systems. Your background in working with major retailers, combined with your ability to interpret and utilise data, will make you an asset to our team. You are a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead audits.
