Technical Supervisor

New Technical Shift Manager role leading a team for a leading food manufacturer. This role is on a 4-on, 4-off, 12-hour day shift.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, this is a hands-on role leading and developing a team of Technical and Quality specialists, and helping to make sure that the site is always audit ready.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with BRC and retail customer standards and taking an active role in customer visits and audits. HACCP and Food Safety qualifications are required.
