Technical Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an�Technical Supervisor�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an�Technical Supervisor��who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.

As the�Technical Supervisor,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The�Technical Supervisor,�will be responsible for:

• Ensuring�all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely.


• You will be responsible for a team of engineers including day engineers & shift engineers.


• Ensuring KPIs are met are a key part of this role.�


• Ensuring all planned maintenance is carried out in line with its scheduled date.


• Prioritising Statutory and Mandatory tasks, also ensuring Reactive Tasks are completed as per Priority.


• Repair work and be able to carry out all aspects of maintenance and installation requirements as required that is included in the contract, making use of the uniform and PPE provided.

To be successful for this�Technical Supervisor role you must have:

• City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 qualification or equivalent,


• HVAP qualification & relevant HV experience,


• IEE 18th Edition Regulations (ideal)�


• ISOH managing safely.�


• Previous experience of Working within a Critical environment i.e. Data Centre would be an advantage.


• You must have experience in dealing with all types of electrical installation.


• IT experience is also necessary for recording work accurately.


• And fully understand our Statutory Compliance.


• You must be available to join a call out rota and hold UK citizen.


• Will have to complete SC and DV clearance.�
