Technical Support Engineer - NATO Communications / JCHATLocation: Outskirts of Cardiff - Weekly hybrid workingSalary: Between £35,000-£50,000Do you have experience providing technical support for NATO JCHAT?If so, I have a Technical Support Engineer opportunity joining a small team in a Cyber Security company.In this role you will utilise your technical understanding to support Communication systems, advise and train both your internal teams and clients, and deliver technical projects.This role would suit a Veteran, the company is on the Armed Forces Covenant and very leaver-friendly, with plenty of training provided and an employee mix of Royal Signals, RAF, Intelligence and Navy.The Role:Experience Required:Experience providing 1st/2nd line support for NATO communications/JCHATExperience in developing and configuring XMPP.Experience in scripting to automate system installation and engineering tasksEligible for SC Clearance.Benefits:Salary between £35,000-£50,00025 days holiday (buy and sell options)Remote Working (office visits on occasion, all expensed/reimbursed)Training and Development SchemeFlexible working around core hoursReservist days for Veterans
