We are looking to expand our marketing operations. We need to hire a great Technical Product Marketing Manager to help bring our new products and visions to life.We have landed customers like Bank of America, Spotify, Barclays, Tom Tom, Shell, and many other Fortune 100 & 500 accounts.Here's what you'll be responsible for:Providing expert support to resolve unique and interesting technical customer concerns.Developing and enhancing internal tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and elevate the customer support experience. Ensure customers are getting the most out of our product. Communicate effectively and empathetically with out customers to build strong relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met.Troubleshoot complex technical problems to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.Working on a mix of technical support queries and commercial and billing concerns. Qualifications:Possess a bachelor’s or equivalent in a relevant field with a strong technical background.A strong understanding of frontend architecture and frameworks. Familiar with React and Next.js. A working understanding of CDNs.A background in web development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Success Engineering from any remote location in the UK, Germany or The Netherlands.Salary: £60-90kThis role requires you to work on a weekend rota system every 6-8 weeks.
