Are you an Installer/ Installation Engineer looking to come off the tools and work in the office?

If so, my client are a manufacturing company based in the Manchester area who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the team with calls coming in from installers that need assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Technical Support Manager
• This is an office based position, with occasional travel to sites
• Working on the emergency hotline
• You will roughly take around 2500 calls a month from installers
• Covering emails as well as via the phone
• Speaking with the installers that call in and direct them on what to do

To be considered for this position you will be an Installer or you will be within a Technical Support role at the moment with customer service experience.
