A globally renowned and market-leading technology OEM are looking to hire a�Technical Support Engineer�to join their team on a permanent basis at their site in Fareham. The primary focus of this customer-facing role is to efficiently and effectively resolve product-related enquiries.





Key responsibilities include:






  • Proving first and second line support in relation to telephone enquiries associated with an exciting range of electromechanical products.

  • Escalating faults, symptoms, and potential resolutions to relevant technical teams for formal resolution, as appropriate.

  • Running product training sessions for 3rd�party resellers and distributers both on site and on webinars

  • Supporting�R&D�engineering teams with technical�feedback�to drive�product�improvements.





To be considered for this position, candidates need to have proven experience in a customer-facing role and�some experience in electrical,�electronic, or hardware�repair and diagnostics. In addition, it would be advantageous to hold a technical qualification in engineering,�IT, or related discipline.
