Are you an Installer/ Installation Engineer looking to come off the tools and work in the office?

If so, my client are a Security manufacturing company based in the Manchester area who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support the team with calls coming in from customers that need assistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Technical Support Manager
  • This is an office based position, with occasional travel to sites
  • Working on the emergency hotline
  • You will roughly take around 2500 calls a month
  • Covering emails as well as via the phone
  • Speaking with the customers to direct them on product specificatins

To be considered for this position you will be an Installer or you will be within a Technical Support role at the moment within Security, CCTV, Intruder systems companies and have experience liaising with customers.
