What You’ll Do:
\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for client’s post-installation, ensuring their systems are running at peak performance.
\n- Get hands-on by diagnosing and solving issues within your designated geographical area.
\n- Work with engineering and customer service teams to resolve client concerns efficiently and deliver the best service possible.
\n- Document recurring issues and provide feedback to improve our products, driving innovation.
\n- Help clients understand how to use and maintain their systems to ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:
\n- HNC/HND or a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
\n- Proven track record in technical support or engineering, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
\n- Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
\n- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand way.
\n- Willingness to travel regularly within the designated area to meet client needs.
